We have created the Program Starting in China as a support for the talented youth. Our aim is to enable students and junior professionals to develop their career in a exceptional working frame: the People's Republic of China. In the current business environment, characterized by its internationalization and fast growth, companies move fast across borders and look for business opportunities in complex environments. The current professional world is demanding young employees with multilingual and multicultural skills, experienced in international contexts and able to adapt to changes in the work environment. With our program Starting in China, we enable students and entree level professionals to have a once in a lifetime experience abroad at the same time that they acquire work proficiency in the best local Chinese and foreign companies.
