Sales manager (full-time)

As Sales manager you will promoting China Solution's services. Like running your onw business, you will be prospecting, arranging and running meeting with potential clients, drafting proposals and contracts, as well as managing your own clients and networks!

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets set by the employer.
• Responsible for contacting foreign clients, establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients.
• Communicate with foreign enterprises and offices in Beijing and lodge business cooperation intent to them.
• Promote the China Solution’s business with foreign clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and also a member of a team.
• Able to work in a professional and efficient manner.
• Able to establish and maintain good relationships with the clients.
• Fluent in English.
• Use of other languages will be a plus.

Remuneration:
The remuneration of China Solution’s sales and marketing manager is entirely based on commission, depending on their performances and achievements.

This is a full time job position, with office hours is 9:00a.m – 17:30p.m, Monday - Friday

Sales agent (part-time)

Business partner

China Solution collaborates with various business partners based both in Beijing and Shanghai. If you think you have the resources and the connections that could help us improving our services and our clients’ portfolio, then you are welcome to cooperate with us.

The remuneration of China Solution’s business partners is entirely based on commission, depending on successful retention of business, and your company will enjoy a major discount on the provision of our services.

Internship @ China Solution

China Solution welcomes interns from all over the world.

The internship programme is designed for talented people who wish to have some international working experience, and share and exchange their own cultures with our local staff.

• The program is divided into two parts, and can be chosen freely by the intern:Promote China Solution directly to potential clients (by interviews, emails, phone calls etc);
• Research on how to promote and develop China Solution’s business and impact internationally by using the internet or other media.
