China Solution has recently created a new project called CS Net, aimed at building up a productive cooperation with local and international companies. We aspire to create an International network of legal, accounting and consulting firms called CSNet that will enable the business cooperation between Western and Chinese studios. This international network will give to all of the affiliated studios the possibility to expand their range of operations to the international frame, enlarge their target market, taking advantage of the knowledge and of the experience of dozens of companies in both Western and Chinese marketplace. CSNet is conceived under the principle of cooperation and no competition. For this aim, each member of the Net has the exclusive right of operation in a determined geographical area. In order to become a CSNet member, we will sign an exclusive membership agreement with each affiliated for each territory; through this contract China Solution undertakes to: - Provide consulting about investment in China, collecting all kind of information the client might need to better understand Chinese business environment; we'll share with all CSNet members updated Chinese market data and case studies; - Provide our services, if requested, at discounted prices for all CSNet members; - Under request, CSNet will provide information on a specific sector; and the affiliated members will increase notably their experience in that business field; - Promote and commercialize the services offered by the other affiliates to CSNet in order to help them to enlarge their market, extending their range of cooperation to further levels.
